MLife Human Resources Development Centre

We highly concern the employment and safety training situation in construction industry. The purpose of establishing MLife Human Resources Development Centre are:

a) to provide the right talent for the Business Partner in construction industry;
b) to provide safety training for in need.

Our Services:

1) Supplementary Labour Scheme

There is a serious shortage of manpower in the construction industry in Hong Kong. The government is proactive to implement a Supplementary Labor Scheme to allow local employers to import manpower from outside Hong Kong to supplement the local shortage when they cannot find suitable employees locally.


MLife Human Resources Development Center holds a valid Employment agency License (License Number 69767) issued by HK Labour Department. Currently, we implemented the Supplementary Labor Scheme for several large-scale construction projects in Hong Kong.

2) Employment Agency

Other than the Supplementary Labor Scheme, MLife Human Resources Development Center also holds a valid employment agency license from HK Labor Department. We specialize in designing and publishing professional recruitment advertisements and establishing social media recruitment strategies.


We have a proven track record of recruiting professional talents in the construction industry, and our services go beyond recruitment and headhunting, we also offer job consultancy services.

3) Mandatory Basic Safety Training Course (Construction Work)

MLife Human Resources Development Center is committed to provide occupational safety training course. In December 2022, we have been approved by HK Labour Department to be a qualified training institution for Mandatory Basic Safety Training Course (Construction Work) (commonly known as “Safety Card”).

At present, we hold this Safety Card Training Course every month. In just a few months, more than 900 people have completed the relevant training courses and awarded a “Safety Card”.

MLife Charitable Foundation Limited (hereinafter called Foundation) was established as a non-profit organization in May 2017. Since its establishment, the Foundation has been focusing on『Advancement of Education』and『Relief of Poverty』.

MLife Charitable Foundation Limited was under the list of charitable institutions (No. 91/15853) since Nov 2018, which are exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance as to whether the donations can be claimed for tax deduction. Subscribing or donating funds for any charitable purpose or any charitable behavior related in any way to the purposes of the Foundation.

•Maintain the physical and mental health of students
•Enhance students’ understanding of our region, as well as the country
•Make good use of social resources and networks to improve learning conditions of the grassroots
•Support the education for children of new immigrants to Hong Kong so that they can be comfortable the new environment as quick as possible and integrate into the society

『Relief of Poverty』, target include:

People with financial difficulties / underemployment / unemployed, homeless (street sleepers), single-living seniors or elderly people, recovered patients, scavengers and cage-house households. People whose living conditions have been drastically changed in a short period of time by accidental/unexpected natural disasters.

100 lunch boxes are distributed on every month, each lunch box contains 1 fruit and 5 masks to each service target .
